PYLUSD Pre-Participation Physical
Schedule your physical using the PYLUSD Physical Form. Upload your completed form during Home Campus registration — no hard copy needed at the YLHS Athletic Office.

Home Campus Registration
Create your Home Campus account and complete registration. Upload your sports physical and insurance card (front and back) during this step. Once reviewed and both documents are uploaded, you’ll receive a clearance email to proceed.

Summer Camp Registration
Complete payment via the PYLUSD Summer Camp Registration link. If paying by check, include school, sport, and player name — turn in before June 12.

When does registration close?
Registration for the 2026 season closes June 12, 2026. All four steps must be completed by that date.
Where do the Mustangs play home games?
All home games are played at Nathan Shapell Memorial Stadium, 19900 Bastanchury Rd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886.
How do I stay updated on schedule changes and program announcements?
Follow the program on Instagram and Facebook, and make sure your SportsEngine account notifications are enabled. The booster club also communicates via email — join the booster club to stay in the loop.
What gear does my athlete need?
The program provides game-day helmets, shoulder pads, and jerseys. Families typically purchase cleats, practice gear, and any optional spirit wear. A full equipment checklist is shared at the parent info night and in the Welcome Letter above.
How do I get involved as a parent?
The Booster Club is the best way in. Meetings are held Mondays or Tuesdays at 7–8pm in Room 303 — all are welcome. Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the season for game day operations, fundraising events, and more.
